Congestive Heart Failure Treatments and Care

Understanding and recognizing your congestive heart failure symptoms, along with how to manage them is so very important.

Here at Third Circle Medical, our background is in the specialized care of routine and advanced heart failure treatments and management. Our clinic offers heart failure education with telehealth monitoring availability. Congestive heart failure is a progressive condition that can be worsened by other cardiovascular disease processes such as narrowed or blocked coronary arteries, high blood pressure, atrial fibrillation (AFib), a leaky heart valve, cancer treatments, and inherited conditions. We listen to understand your specific health needs then work with you to create a care plan that’s right for you.

Our Heart Failure services include:

  • Medication management
  • Prescribed exercise plan and low-sodium diet
  • Diagnostic testing and imaging for congestive heart failure
  • Referral to Cardiologist when needed and willingness to coordinate care with your current Cardiologist or cardiovascular care team as needed.

Early signs of heart failure

Recognizing the early signs of congestive heart failure helps prevent recurrent hospitalizations. Individualized care plans help you manage your symptoms and get back to the activities you enjoy. Symptoms of heart failure may include:

  • Feeling tired or weak
  • Shortness of breath with activity
  • Trouble breathing while lying down or at night
  • Unexplained weight gain, swelling in the feet and ankles
  • Severe lightheadedness, irregular heartbeat or fainting
  • If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, go directly to the ER or

    How to submit a referral: Fax an order for desired services with the patient’s demographic information and most recent visit to (931)999-1457. If there are any Echocardiograms or pertinent labs you would like us to see, please include those also.
