Experienced Nurse Practitioner with over 24 years working in health care. Skilled in Nursing Education, Emergency Medicine, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Health Promotion, and Critical Care Nursing. Strong healthcare services professional with a Masters of Science in Nursing focused in Cardiovascular Science from Vanderbilt University.

Greater than 20 years working in vascular access at both Vanderbilt and Saint Thomas hospitals, placing IVs’, PICCs (peripherally inserted central lines), IJ (Internal Jugular) PICCs, and specialized phlebotomy for patients with difficult to access veins.

Cenchrea has many years experience working in Cardiology with most all areas of cardiovascular care, including, but not limited to, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, uncontrolled hypertension, and with both pre and post myocardial infarction care at both Vanderbilt University Medical Center (as faculty member with Page-Campbell Cardiology) and Saint Thomas Heart aligned with Ascension Health.

Cenchrea Lanier is also a member of the local Maury County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) as a K-9 Handler and works closely with the team to help locate missing persons when search dogs requested.
